Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for new patient appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance
You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance. Our office accepts a variety of Medicare, HMOs, PPOs, VA Optum and other health plans. We currently are not participating with Medicaid Insurance as a primary insurance. Please call our office to verify participation with your insurance carrier. Questions regarding insurance coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company.
